Rổ Vietnamese
We are delighted to welcome Annie and Rổ Vietnamese to the Spitfire festival. Annie is passionate about her food and brings an Australian take on the cuisine. She selects the finest ingredients and its no wonder that she was a British Street Food Award finalist 2025. Vietnam holds a special place in our hearts, and were so thrilled that we have such an incredible vendor presenting the best Banh Mi in the UK!

Bangkok Box
Tem and Tee are two sisters, born and raised in central Bangkok where their mum and aunties taught them how to cook delicious food with love and attention to all the details that make Thai food so famous.
Bangkok Box are creating real tastes of Bangkok in London, using recipes passed down and perfected through generations. Tem and Tee want their customers to experience REAL Thai street food, they combine locally sourced and homemade ingredients to create the freshest, tastiest and most authentic dishes. Spitfire Festival are thilled to announce Chillidaddy's as our official hot sauce vendor. Who doesn't love to add a little heat to their meat? Dhanish produces some of the most authentic and delicious hot sauces that money can buy. How brave are you feeling?
Matchaseekers
The MatchaSeekers journey began with a simple sip of matcha-infused delights from Japan that sparked an unforgettable adventure. Intrigued by the unique flavour, they embarked on a quest to uncover the essence of matcha, seeking out its rich taste and invigorating qualities.
Their first encounter with matcha was far from enchanting. A disappointing experience at a chain café left us disheartened, but they remained undeterred. Determined to find the perfect matcha, they set out on a mission, exploring every corner in search of the finest green tea.
Fuelled by their passion for quality, sustainability, and authenticity, they envisioned a brand that would redefine the matcha experience. Thus, MatchaSeekers was born, with a focus on crafting premium organic matcha, matcha chocolates and matcha-making kits that would surpass all expectations Months of meticulous sourcing and refinement followed as we curated the finest matcha powder and sustainable packaging.
